Ahi Poke
Ingredients:
3/4 pound Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
Toasted Sesame Oil
Wakame*
Gochugaru (Korean Crushed Chili Flakes)
Salt

Method:
- Cut the tuna into 1/2 inch cubes. 
- Season the tuna with salt and toss to combine. 
- Add the gochugaru to your liking, and toss to combine. 
- Add enough sesame oil to coat all of the cubes and gently stir. 
- Add the wakame to your liking, and gently mix. 
- Serve immediately. 
- Try with steamed rice or crispy wonton chips.
